DB-Encryptor

The DB-Encryptor encrypts the contents of a database down to the field level.  For example; The Customer name and address in the Customer table can only be viewed by privileged personnel.  Thus, we need to encrypt those fields using a key (pass-phrase).  

To use the DB-Encryptor you first create a user/system/database profile and generate an encryption key.  That key is used to encrypt and decrypt the content of those fields in the database.

**The DB-Encryptor is still in the testing phase and will be due for release in February 2004!
